Looking for a six-month adventure?
Aspire to have a career in the sailing/maritime industry?
We look for crew who are reliable, self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, an eagerness to work as a team with both your shipmates and our guests, and are cheerful and gregarious shipmates. We prioritize safety & guest comfort aboard, and actively seek crew with hospitality and/or experience on the water. Days at sea are long, there is little privacy aboard, but we get to sail one of the coolest schooners in the world around one of the greatest cruising grounds ever, and show our guests a mighty good time. We work hard, laugh loud, and eat well. We view ourselves as the best in our industry, have a high level of expectation, and seek crew with the capability to meet these standards.
As we are a US-flagged & USCG inspected vessel operating in US waters, you cannot be hired by us if you are not a US Citizen or are unable to pass a drug test. Clock-watchers, shirkers, and whiners also need not apply. Musical ability a plus. We prefer to keep our crew for the entire season but can work around college schedules on occasion.
