Each day will culminate in a wine journey led by the talented Jane Barrett Barnes. We’ll visit a different country each evening with a wine tasting and a discussion of its varietals and viticultural history. The evening’s meal will include wine pairings which perfectly complement the menu that Jane and our chef have created.

Wine, Dine, and Chocolate Cruise
Indulge yourself! In addition to our daily-prepared gourmet fare and evening wines, Taber co-owner and wine expert Jane Barrett Barnes will sail along to share her knowledge. We’ll throw in a few extra wines each night and a selection of quality treats by Black Dinah Chocolatiers.

Taber co-owner and wine expert Jane Barrett Barnes will be aboard for the duration of your trip. Having worked in the wine industry for over 20 years, Jane is passionate about the history, culture, and enjoyment of wine and loves to share her knowledge and experience with others in a relaxed, fun setting.
Jane has visited many vineyards throughout the world. Her career has included such top industry leaders as Four Seasons, Champagne Veuve Clicquot, the International Wine Center, Joe Bastianich, and Terlato Wines.
